public key serverである、http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/ にアクセスできないときは、メールで受け取ることができる。
http://pgp.mit.edu/emailhelp.html

<pgp-public-keys@pgp.mit.edu> 宛てに、件名に以下のいずれかのコマンドで送ると、keyなりが送られてくる。

INDEX userid           List all PGP keys containing the words in userid
VERBOSE INDEX userid   Verbose list of all keys containing userid
GET userid             Get the key(s) matching userid
